LaFayette, NY: Ichor Therapeutics, Inc., a pre-clinical biotechnology company that develops technologies to target age-related pathology, has announced a community open house on July 11th, 2015, from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The company relocated to its new site in November, 2014, and has been renovating the facility to support life science research, including a 625 sq ft clean room. The event will be held at 2603 US Route 11, LaFayette NY 13084.
“We are very excited to take this opportunity to share our work with the regional community,” said Ichor CEO Kelsey Moody. “Research and drug development are topics that are foreign to most people outside of the profession. As our local community and region work to tackle issues surrounding healthcare reformation, I think it is important for everyone to have a basic understanding of where drugs come from and the process that brings them to market.”
The open house will feature activities and prizes, coordinated by Ichor scientists.
